The Front Desk Representative plays a key role in representing the agency, often serving as a first impression to individuals served and visitors to any office sites. They are trusted to ensure a friendly and welcoming environment and provide the best customer service possible.
- We are seeking candidates who have availability to work until 7 : 00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays
The starting pay for this position is $14.88 - $17.50 hourly rate and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.

Check-in persons served, including verifying, and updating necessary information in the electronic health record and collecting copays as needed.Check-out individuals served including scheduling appointmentsCollect and document insuranceAssist with coordinating transportation and other services for the people weMaintain the reception area in a neat, orderly, and welcomingReview and update information in electronic health record system asMaintain knowledge and compliance with established policies and procedures, HIPAA standards, and other regulatory programs.Ensure that the CNS Healthcare customer care standards of service are applied to interactions with individuals served, guests, and staff.Reference and maintain up-to-date relevant agency resources including, but not limited to, calendars, office schedules, program directories, and team rosters.Provide coverage and support for other customer care team functions asPerforms other related duties as assigned.Qualifications : Required :
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)A minimum of 1 year of experience in an Urgent Care or Hospital office settingPassion for providing unparalleled customer service experience in a dynamic and diverse work environment.Proficiency in word processing, data entry, and telephone skillsAbility to be forward thinking and take initiative to accomplish goals andAbility to use discretion and judgement when handling matters of a sensitive or confidentialPreferred :
