The Opportunity We are looking for an Executive Producer to lead in-house social productions and manage the producer team within Adobe's Marketing Social Creative Studio team. This role will shape how Adobe shows up across social platforms, from product launches to cultural moments, ensuring every piece of content is produced with creativity, precision, and impact.
You will engage with creatives, producers, and strategists, overseeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables while coaching producers and teaming up with directors, creative leads, and senior collaborators.
This role reports into Social Creative leadership and plays a critical part in how Adobe brings stories to life across video, social, and event content.
What You\'ll Do Lead the producer team within Adobe's Marketing Social Creative Studio team, providing mentorship, guidance, and oversight of all in-house social productions
Manage end-to-end production processes including timelines, capacity planning, and asset tracking across multiple campaigns and platforms
Oversee budgets for both projects and the broader department, ensuring resources are aligned with business priorities and creative excellence
Produce and deliver 25-35 assets per month spanning video, static social, product launches, and event content that connect with audiences at scale
Partner with creative directors, creative leads, production partners, strategy teams, and senior leadership to align production with brand and business goals
Drive approvals, reviews, and final delivery with an eye for quality, consistency, and cultural relevance
Coordinate collaborator communications, share revisions, collect notes, and offer insight into project progress and risks
Use Workfront and Frame.io and other tools to manage workflows, approvals, and collaboration efficiently
What You Need 10+ years of experience producing social and campaign content across video and digital platforms
5+ years of leadership experience managing and mentoring teams with an empathetic and supportive coaching style
Strong production expertise with a proven track record on multi-million-dollar campaign launches
Deep understanding of what makes engaging social content and how to bring it to life across channels
Proven track record overseeing agencies, freelancers, and high-profile collaborators
Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and calm under pressure
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience collaborating with senior partners
Passion for Adobe\'s mission and the opportunity to shape how the brand shows up through creative and impactful storytelling
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $111,200 $240,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
