As a Security Officer - Auto Patrol in Tomahawk, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading automotive location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help create a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including the business and perimeter areas, to help deter unwanted activities

Monitor for unusual activity or potential hazards and report findings according to established protocols

Assist with access control and verify the credentials of individuals entering restricted areas

Support emergency response activities as directed by site policies and Allied Universal leadership

Maintain detailed records and write reports related to daily activities, incidents, and observations on the premises

Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and visitors while upholding Allied Universal standards

What We're Looking For

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred

CPR certification and / or First Aid certification is preferred

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
