The Polyclinic Plastic Surgery Center (Division of Optum) is seeking an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Manager to lead our team. We are the largest private plastic surgery group in the Seattle area, providing a complete range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgical services. The practice consists of six board-certified Plastic Surgeons and is located in the Penthouse suite of the Nordstrom Tower, right next to Swedish Hospital. Our facility includes both a clinical and aesthetic center, as well as a fully accredited stand-alone Ambulatory Surgery Center. This integrated environment ensures seamless care for our patients from consultation through surgery to post-operative recovery.

This leadership role involves managing all ASC operations while maintaining close communication with surgeons and clinic leadership. We foster a family-like team atmosphere.

No weekends, nights, call, or holidays required.

Specific Schedule :

Full Time; 5 / 8's Days

Under minimal supervision, this role is responsible for the administration and supervision of all personnel involved in the perioperative process (Preop, OR & PACU). You will be accountable to the Director of ASC for coordinating all nursing care and related supporting services, ensuring effective communication with the ASC team to provide an optimal patient experience.
