We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful IT Specialist to support the technological needs of our school. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic educational environment and is passionate about helping staff and students succeed through reliable technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Perform hardware repairs and upgrades on desktops and laptops.
- Support and maintain Office 365 accounts and applications.
- Assist teachers and staff with basic tech troubleshooting.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with the IT team and vendors as needed.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with Windows 11 and Office 365.Strong troubleshooting skills for printers and common network issues.Hands-on experience with desktop and laptop repair.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Must have a reliable personal vehicle for travelling between school sites.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a school or educational setting.Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, routers, switches).Intune and Google Workspace knowledge.Seniority level
