Locums CRNA - Alaska Ambulatory Surgery Center - Nerve Block Experience Required

Aya Locums is seeking 1-2 skilled CRNAs to provide locum services at an ambulatory surgery center in Fairbanks, Alaska. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA comfortable practicing independently with strong nerve block skills. Coverage is needed starting January 19, 2026, and ongoing. The surgery center offers on-site housing in an adjacent duplex property or will cover all expenses.

Job Details :

• Case Types : General Surgery, Hernias, Eyes, Ears, Sinus, Ortho General, Colonoscopies (no urology, no complex hospital cases)
• Setting : Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm (procedures start at 7 : 30am), 40-hour work week
• Annual Volume : Approximately 2,800 cases annually
• Nerve Block Requirements : Interscalenes (primary), supraclavicular, infraclavicular, axillary, adductor canal, genicular PENG, popliteal blocks, TAP blocks. Will place interscalene and adductor canal catheters.
• Special Note : 1 Thursday per month features neuro ortho cases (may have coverage)
• Practice Style : Independent practice
• Overtime : Time and a half for anything over 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
• Credentialing : Fast-track credentialing (completed in days with primary source verification)
