MUST :

The Optometric Assistant Testing Tech needs to have the following experience :

1+year of experience in an Eye Center or Ophthalmic Practice site

Experience performing visual field testing and other clinical tests

Experience rooming patients and performing various eye screenings

Performing visual acuity measurements

DUTIES : .

The duties of the Optometric / Ophthhalmic Assistant include but are not limited to the following :

Room patients

Perform various eye testing / screening including visual field

Complete patient forms

Stock and maintain medication and medical supplies

Perform specialized ophthalmic testing and assist with minor surgical procedures
