As a Back of House (BOH) Team Member , you’ll play a key role in preparing fresh, high-quality meals that keep our guests coming back. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and care for others make all the difference.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and cook menu items to Chick-fil-A standards.

Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen.

Follow recipes and portioning guidelines to ensure consistent quality.

Support your team and communicate clearly during peak hours.

Uphold Chick-fil-A’s commitment to excellence, integrity, and hospitality.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older (21+ preferred).

Must have flexible availability — 8-hour shifts in the morning or evening.

Reliable, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-moving kitchen.

Strong attention to food safety and cleanliness.

Prior kitchen experience a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
