The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of SPA’s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community.  We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities.  We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense.  Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).  Come where you will be part of our high-caliber team!

SPA has a near-term need for a Senior Portfolio Management (PfM) Support professionals in support of its Caledonia effort supporting a local Intelligence Community (IC) customer. Caledonia will provide support to Systems Engineering and IT Service Strategy; Enterprise Planning and Management; and Enterprise Acquisition and Contract management functions.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work as members of the Caledonia Program PfM Support team and perform the activities required for developing and implementing customer approved plans, schedules, measures, and metrics for all identified functional area processes that will be reported at quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMR).

• Provide plans, schedules, metrics, and measures for PMRs and award fee determinations as requested by the customer.
• Provide support establishing, integrating, and managing PfM processes in line with the Office, Group, Directorate, and / or Chief Information Officer (CIO) governance and governance fora.
• Conduct resource and technology investment reviews identifying interrelationships with other enterprise processes, cost, schedule, and performance and present / recommend improvements to the customer.
• Integrate PfM investment reviews with higher order federal budget processes, deliverables, or initiatives to address formal and ad-hoc data requirements from the customer.
• Support, through reports, data analysis, or as needed by the customer, compliance and oversight requirements for technology, resources, or other portfolio requirements.
• Conduct RFP development, cost estimation, execution, and coordination activities.
• Implement and execute customer directed process improvements.
