Staff Software Engineer

SuperDial is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable software systems that transform healthcare operations. About the Role :

Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance software systems to support revenue cycle management and healthcare workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect cloud-native applications and services that are secure, reliable, and maintainable.

Drive software development best practices, including testing, CI / CD, observability, and documentation.

Lead critical technical projects end-to-end, from concept through delivery and ongoing improvement.

Ensure high availability and resilience of core systems through well-engineered infrastructure and thoughtful design.

Mentor and support other engineers, contributing to a strong and inclusive engineering culture.

About You :

5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a track record of leading complex projects and delivering scalable systems.

Proficient in Python, Go, or similar languages, and comfortable working across the stack.

Experience designing and deploying cloud-based systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including use of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, microservices architecture, and infrastructure as code.

Familiar with modern DevOps practices and tooling (e.g., Terraform, Helm, GitOps, CI / CD pipelines).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience integrating with healthcare systems (e.g., EHR platforms like Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and understanding of data interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, CDA).

Familiarity with real-time systems and / or telephony platforms.

Background in building enterprise SaaS products, particularly in regulated environments such as healthcare.

The base salary for this role ranges from $145,000 to $250,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - were always open to exceptional talent.
