Performs Renovations, Repairs And Maintenance Of All Facets For Buildings, To Include Grounds Maintenance, New Construction, Renovations, Preventative Maintenance And Inspections, Provide Emergency Response Including (On Call) To Provide A Continuous Safe Environment, Efficient And Effective Operation Of The Buildings And Home Throughout The Campus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Or General Education Degree (Ged). Formal Education In Building Maintenance Or Trades.
• 3-5 Years Related Experience Or Equivalent Experience And Education
• Valid DriverS License.
• Must Be Able To Read And Interpret Blueprints / Schematics And System Operations Manuals Of All Building Equipment And Systems.
• Proper Use Of Hand Tools And Basic Power Tools.
• Working Knowledge Of Computers, Microsoft Word And Excel Required.
