We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook / to join our culinary team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals while ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment. • Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of food for banquets and special events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist with food service during peak hours, including bussing tables as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service and high-quality food presentation.
• Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting shortages.
• Support the culinary team in various tasks as required, contributing to a positive work environment.
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in food handling or food service is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices is a plus, especially in banquet settings.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in the kitchen.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
