Product Specialist IV - International Accounts

Overview

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of our Phoenix, NY or Charlotte office

This position will drive the strategy and performance of key international liquidity and treasury management solutions, shape liquidity solutions, engage with strategic clients, and contribute to the bank's liquidity management product set.

Responsibilities

• Product Management and Development
• Coordinate the development and lead implementation for new international liquidity products or features
• Manage the product lifecycle for assigned liquidity product solutions
• Complete required go-to-market activities for new and existing international solutions
• Cross-functional Leadership
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders on large-scale strategic product initiatives
• Collaborate with Risk, Treasury, and Technology teams on product enhancements
• Mentor junior product specialists and contribute to team development
• Client Advisory and Engagement
• Serve as the primary product expert for strategic client engagements
• Develop and deliver high-level presentations to key clients and prospects
• Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management to identify potential client solutions
• Engage with key clients to gather feedback and insights
• Advanced Financial Analysis and Reporting
• Conduct complex financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Develop analytics to support product decisions and pricing strategies using an advanced understanding of liquidity management methodologies (e.g. FTP, ISLT, RLF, etc.)
• Product Strategy and Innovation
• Provide expert insights on market trends and competitive landscape with deep knowledge of international banking markets and product features (e.g. IBAN v. non-IBAN, low value payment rails, etc.)
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities based on market trends
• Lead the development of strategic plans for assigned liquidity products
• Drive innovation in liquidity management solutions
• Lead the strategic roadmap for one or more liquidity products
• Product Risk Management
• Work with partners to identify process and standards for owned products / processes
• Participate in RCSA, TPRM, Audits
• Lead projects to mitigate known risk issues

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in multi currency and in country account products OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications :

If hired in NY, base pay for this position is generally between $135000-$180000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and / or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
