HR Manager

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive company in  Peachtree Corners, GA  in their search for an  HR Manager . This is a  DIRECT HIRE  opportunity which requires 100% in-office work .  Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, USA area will be considered since in-office work is required.

Responsibilities :

• Administer personnel policies & procedures

Maintain HR compliance

Implement strategies for recruiting, retention and succession planning

Oversee talent acquisition including job posting, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding

Administer & oversee benefits, compensation and leave programs

Train managers regarding Employee Relations issues

Execute year-end performance reviews

Maintain HR records & reporting

Identify areas of improvement and provide training

Requirements :

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business or HR preferred

HR Certification preferred

Must have at least 3 years of HR management experience as an HR Generalist is preferred

Experience in Paylocity is preferred

Must have familiarity with employment law and compliance

Preferred experience in small company setting

Must be a team player with strong collaborative skills

Must possess strong problem-solving skills

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
