Vanguard Volkswagen of North Austin Receptionist (Evening)

Vanguard Auto Group is searching for 1 energetic and self-motivated Receptionist to manage our front desk. You will be the first point of contact. You will answer and direct phone calls. You will greet and direct guests upon their arrival at our dealership. Your role is vital in setting the expectations for an exciting and enjoyable experience before and upon arrival to our Dealership. Your hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; 1 : 00 - 8 : 00. Two Saturday a month 9 : 00 - 7 : 00. Off Sunday

Pay : $15.00 to $17.00 Hourly depending on experience

What you will do :

• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival.
• Direct guest to the appropriate person.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
• Provide basic and accurate information.
