Surgical Technologist / Scrub Tech Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking Surgical Technologists / Scrub Techs to join a leading outpatient clinic located outside East Memphis, Tennessee. This day shift role offers flexibility with 3x12s, 4x10s, or 5x8s scheduling options and competitive pay.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in vascular and endovascular procedures by preparing instruments and maintaining a sterile field
• Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and surgical team during procedures
• Ensure strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control protocols
• Perform instrument counts and maintain surgical equipment
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and staff to support high-quality patient outcomes
