Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of new elevator installations and modernization projects following successful sales closures. The Construction Project Manager will manage all aspects of project delivery, from planning and coordination to on-site supervision and final handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong background in construction project management, preferably within elevators, HVAC, or similar trades, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution : Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, in collaboration with sales and installation teams.
• Team Coordination : Lead cross-functional teams, including contractors and internal staff, to ensure seamless project progression and adherence to specifications.
• Budget and Cost Management : Monitor project costs, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to maintain profitability while delivering value to clients.
• Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale, providing updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Vendor and Supplier Management : Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

Experience :

Education : Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience or certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) may be considered.
