Job Title - Sr UI / UX Designer
Job Location - Boston, Massachusetts
Duration : 06 Months
Experience and requirements to be successful in this role :
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, or related design field with relevant or equivalent experience or known certificate program with related bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a UX Design role, 2 years’ experience in medical device or related industry preferred. 2 years demonstrated experience in the capacity as a User Experience lead for new product development.
- Experienced in all phases of the product development process - from research to concept development to front end development with clear and compelling visual communication, prototype continuously, test designs with users, translate results back into the design process.
- Highly motivated self-starter able to achieve results with minimal oversight. .
- Experience in design user experience interfaces on a device or a large system is preferred.
- Experience in managing your own project and the ability to seamlessly switch between big picture thinking and product-level details.
- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc. with problem solving mindset.
- Experience working in in agile teams or in a scrum development process.
- Be open to receiving objective criticism, defending your idea, and improving upon it.
- Supporting design and development of user interfaces working with Industrial designers, UX Architecture designers and software developers and communicating design intent to engineering, software, requirements, and product management functions
- Experience Creating proof of concept models that effectively communicate design intent and demonstrate product potential.
- Supporting and guiding the product labeling in creation of images and technical documentation such as User manuals, IFUs and Quick Reference Guides, instructional help content.
