Duties & Responsibilities

Individual Contributor Duties

Manage clients through all stages of sales lifecycle for FTS clients.

Source, engage with, manage, and build real relationships with candidates.

Strategically build a pipeline of relevant, qualified, & exceptional talent prospects.

Consistently meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics / quotas including :

Positively contributes and drives forward the internal company culture.

Language Ability :

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Reasoning Ability :

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills :

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
