Delivery Technician
The Delivery Technician is responsible for delivering and picking up equipment to customers. Duties and Responsibilities :
Work directly with customers in their homes delivering and picking up durable medical equipment
Coordinates with the Respiratory Therapists to provide additional equipment as needed
Completes delivery and pick up paperwork promptly and accurately
Ensures equipment is cleaned properly and in accordance with Reliable Respiratory's standards
Maintains the Company vehicle in a clean, safe operating condition and completes logs as required
Assists in receiving orders and putting away inventory as needed
Complies with all policies and procedures established by the company and the company's regulatory bodies
Other tasks and duties as required
Basic Qualifications :
21 years of age or older
Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require work authorization from us now or in the future
Must have a valid US driver's license
No more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents on the driving record within the last 3 years
No alcohol or drug related offences
Must have at least 1 year of professional driving experience
Must have High School diploma or equivalent
Required Skills :
Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to reconcile multiple shifting logistical factors for each appointment
Ability to work independently to investigate and make decisions
Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Familiar with FDA regulations
Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call outside of normal business hours when required
Ability to comply with guidelines both internal and industry-imposed
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
