Lead multi-phase renovation of medical build in Springfield, MA. Four+ years in lead superintendent role. Lead and manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects in Boston from start to completion. Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain schedules and budgets. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation and provide progress reports to management. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project specifications are met. Manage and mentor site personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to project timelines. Resolve any challenges or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
