Director of Social Work - LTC

New York, NY

Salary : Up to $140K / YR (depending on experience)

Qualifications :

Must have BSW or MSW

Must have prior experience as a Director of Social Work

Must have long term care experience

Strong leadership skills in a healthcare setting

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities :

Plans and directs a comprehensive social services program which provides support services for residents and families.

Responsible for coordinating all admissions and discharges to ensure facility census is kept at its maximum capacity.

Participates in an interdisciplinary team approach to better serve the needs of the facility population.
