Senior Graphic Designer- Creative Services Marketing Team

Were looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphics Designer to craft visual assets and create eye-catching marketing creatives for this fast-moving marketing team. You will take full ownership of assigned design projects leading them from initial concept ideation through final delivery and publishing.

Youll be a trusted advisor in all stages of the design process leveraging your expertise to ensure the highest quality and most engaging output. The projects vary in size and scope with plenty of room to make an impact as a creative force in the marketing organization.

Your Impact

• Design and execute a wide range of creative assets for digital and print including social media graphics website visuals (banners icons) email campaigns presentations and print collateral (brochures packaging).
• Collaborate closely with the marketing product and content teams to translate marketing strategies and business objectives into compelling visual designs.
• Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all internal and external communications ensuring all visuals adhere to established brand guidelines and design standards.
• Conceptualize and develop creative solutions participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and user engagement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Stay current with design trends software and technologies (e.g. Figma Adobe Creative Suite) and actively recommend improvements to the design process and visual output.
• Pioneer the adoption of new technologies by identifying piloting and implementing generative AI and other tools to streamline the post-production process automate repetitive tasks and enhance creative output.

As a member of our video team youll be on the front lines turning complex cybersecurity concepts into engaging visual stories that educate customers energize partners and define our brand globally. Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary commission target (for sales / commissioned roles) is expected to be between $117000 - $189000 / YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
