Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with a strong background in Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CCB) and / or Customer to Meter (C2M) and hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, and Playwright. A deep understanding of the Utilities domain and leadership in QA delivery and test architecture are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the QA efforts for projects involving Oracle CCB / C2M, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of test artifacts.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing using tools like Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, Playwright, and Cypress.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other QA teams to define test strategies and plans.
- Drive test case design, execution, defect tracking, and root cause analysis.
- Mentor and guide junior automation engineers and testers.
- Ensure test coverage across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end workflows.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes.
Required Skills & Experience :
8+ years of experience in QA with at least 3-5 years in a Test Lead or Automation Lead roleStrong hands-on expertise in Selenium / Appium with Java or C#Experience with API testing tools such as Rest Assured, Postman, or CypressFamiliarity with modern frameworks using TypeScript or JavaScript (e.g., Playwright or Cypress)Utilities domain knowledge with hands-on experience in tools such as Oracle CCB / C2M, and other Utility-specific platformsExperience with TOSCA and model-based testing is a strong plusExperience integrating automation with CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to lead and mentor QA teamsExposure to Agile / Scrum methodology
