IOE Sales Training Manager
The IOE Sales Training Manager will design, develop, create, deliver, implement and evaluate field-focused sales training programs for new and existing field personnel to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the sales effort in the Interventional Oncology and Embolization Division. The training programs will include but not limited to new hire on-onboarding, sales and marketing cosponsored programs, product launches, market development and field personnel development. Collaborates with Area Vice Presidents and Regional Sales Directors to provide sales training and ensure the objectives for field representatives are met. Works with field and internal personnel to identify and evaluate training opportunities. Expected travel for this role is 60%.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Design and implement training programs for the Embolization portfolio.
- Assess training needs for all Field Sales personnel including consultants, associates and management
- Travel to and conduct training programs at various sites in the U.S.
- Maintain a strong rapport with Key Opinion Leaders and internal cross-functional partners (Marketing, R&D, Medical, etc)
- Analyze performance of sales personnel to determine where additional training should be prescribed.
- Prepare reports on progress of personnel under direct or indirect supervision during training periods.
- Continually study and develop skill in use of better teaching and training methods.
- Assist Marketing Managers in development of new product training and new data releases.
- Keep informed of new developments within the field and implement business focused training.
- Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports BSC's Quality Policy, Quality System and the appropriate regulations for the area supported. Ensure employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented.

Advanced level knowledge on embolization proceduresA deep understanding of Interventional Radiologists and hospital / competitive landscape.Field Sales Trainer or Area Sales Coach experienceMBA or other advanced degreeExperience creating training strategies and materials required. Experience facilitating training courses.Proven experience delivering sales results. Interaction with hospital administration and physicians.
