Position : Remote Litigation Paralegal

Client : Government Agency

Engagement Type : Temporary - 12-month assignment with potential for extension

Start Date : September / October (onboarding may be staggered)

Pay Rate : $20-$29 / hour

Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday, aligned with Eastern Standard Time business hours

Location : Fully Remote (equipment will be provided)

Overview :

A leading government agency is seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support a dynamic legal team on a long-term project. This fully remote opportunity offers meaningful work and the chance to contribute to a high-impact legal initiative.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Draft legal documents, including settlement agreements and internal memoranda
• Manage intake, review, and assignment of incoming complaints
• Prepare and file Motions of Appearance
• Schedule and participate in status conferences
• Handle correspondence and client communication with professionalism
• Provide general legal and administrative support
• Accurately perform data entry and case documentation
