Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager Tech 1.

Key Responsibilities

Interface with clients on technical and project matters from initiation through delivery

Create and maintain program and project schedules, along with status reports

Support the development of emerging security and compliance products, integrating AI and instructional design methodologies

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in instructional design for technical audiences

Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia tools

Technical mindset with a willingness to learn and apply AI concepts

Strong analytical skills for identifying opportunities for AI enablement

Ability to provide examples of previous instructional design work
