Location :  Ground-up Multifamily construction projects in the Raleigh, NC market.

Job Title :  Project Manager or Senior Project Manager

Salary :  $155-$180k base + 401k w / match, Bonus, Auto Allowance

Requirements :  Ground-up Multifamily Construction experience (5+ years with good tenure)

We're currently looking to bring an experienced Project Manager onto our team as we have a few large projects underway and coming up in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of multifamily ground-up construction experience and be looking for a long-term fit working around Raleigh.

Packages will include : $155k-$180k base, bonus plan, auto allowance, 401k w / 5% match, and more.

What You Need for This Role :

• At least 5+ years of full-scope ground-up multifamily experience (200+units-400 units).
