Job Title : Legal Coordinator

Location : Seatac, WA 98198

Duration : 6 Months

Position Overview :

This position supports the Legal Commercial Department and also provides support as requested for the Paralegals.

Responsibilities :

Prep, organize, and distribute aircraft delivery documents pre and post.

Assist in loan documents, mainly aircraft, including coordinating signatures.

Assist in miscellaneous aircraft side projects.

Coordinate International Aircraft Approvals.

Pay / renew aircraft registrations, reserve N numbers, and pay / renew N numbers.

Renew Business Licenses.

Renew Liquor Licenses.

Iron Mountain liaison.

Assist in Records Management projects.

Assist in Patent and Trademark work.

Assist and track Bankruptcy work.

Backup / delegate for International Registry.

Track and submit UCC Filings.

Track garnishments.

Focal for Workshare license.

Maintain Legal and RIM SharePoint including Legal Forms from SCM.

Reconcile PCard monthly for the group and paralegals.
