Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Electrician with 2-3 years of industrial electrician experience, 2 years of PLC experience, and 2 years of preventative maintenance on industrial equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various industrial equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on all industrial equipment including filtration systems, bottle making, bottle capping, and bottle filling machines.
• Conduct repairs and address breakdowns on conveyors.
• Troubleshoot hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
• Perform maintenance on conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Work Environment

This role is based in a large chemical manufacturing environment with over 70 employees. Due to the nature of the work, there is a strong smell of bleach. The position offers a choice between a 2nd shift (Monday-Thursday 4 : 45 PM-2 : 45 AM) or a 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday 11 : 30 PM-7 : 40 AM). Initial training will occur on the day shift (Monday-Friday 7 : 30 AM-3 : 40 PM) for approximately 3-6 months. Enjoy consistent shifts without weekend or rotating shift requirements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mars, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00 / hr.
