    • Your Responsibilities

    As a Physical Therapist, you will :

  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to individualized care plans.
  • Document all records accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to your scope of practice.
  • Demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in patient care.
  • Complete all required orientations, in-services, and trainings promptly.
  • Perform other related duties as directed by your supervisor.

    • Qualifications

    To thrive in this role, you need :

  • A valid professional license in the state of practice.
  • A degree from a CAPTE accredited school. If foreign-trained, your program must be deemed equivalent to U.S. entry-level education by an APTA-approved credential evaluation organization.
