Whether you're certified or have relevant skills, this opportunity allows you to grow while making a real impact . We're seeking dedicated, friendly caregivers to deliver top-quality, in-home assistance tailored to each client's personalized care plan.
What You'll Do :
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :
- Assisting with personal care : bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, feeding, oral hygiene, nail care, shaving
- Mobility support : ambulation, transferring, positioning clients in bed, using assistive devices
- Supporting physical therapy plans , passive and active exercises under supervision
- Monitoring and communicating changes in physical or emotional health
- Performing light housekeeping : laundry, tidying bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms
- Preparing meals (including special diets), shopping for groceries, and household supplies
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
- Using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when appropriate
- Documenting care and submitting timely reports via telephony system
Who We're Looking For : Required Qualifications :
At least 18 years of ageCompletion of a formal certification program or ability to pass a skills / competency testAbility to read, write, and follow a written Plan of CareGood verbal, written, and interpersonal communicationNeat appearance and good personal hygieneDependability, reliability, and sound judgmentFriendly, patient, and respectful with a sincere interest in caring for othersAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasksMaintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulationsPreferred Qualifications :
Valid driver's license , insured vehicle in good repair, and clean driving recordAbility to travel independently to clients' homes (unless exempt)Must be able to work at least two weekends per month as scheduledWhat We Offer :
