Title : Shop Welder

Pay : Up to $35 / hr

Shift : 1st shift

Location : Santee

Description

• Read blueprints / Weld symbols
• Dy-pan weld test
• Utilizing crane / turn table to complete welds
• Pressure tests on pumps
• Specialty metals (stainless steel, half-alloys, titanium, a36 steel,
• Piping and flanging
• Running saws and hand tools Plasma cutting / torching
• Grind, deburr, fit, and weld parts together
• Fabricating "A36" steel bases 70 / 80% time
• Other % of the time doing Tig repair on their pumps (065 wall tubing)
• QC comes to check lay out before weld beads start

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00 / hr.
