Nurse LPN

Sanctuary Home Health Care LLC is seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN or RN to join our growing home care team. We are looking for a nurse who is flexible, dependable, and interested in patient visits within the community.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys one-on-one patient care and values a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home nursing visits to assigned patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team

Schedule & Availability:

• Must be available 7 days a week (flexible scheduling based on visits)
• Visit-based work (not shift-based)
