Position Summary

As an Onsite Hardware Technician, youll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and accuracy of the hardware that powers our clients businesses. From desktops and laptops to kiosks, switches, and other endpoints, youll diagnose, repair, and maintain it all

while keeping inventory processes sharp and organized.

This full-time onsite role in Brooklyn is ideal for someone who loves hands-on work, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in keeping systems and stockrooms equally efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware Troubleshooting & Repair

• Diagnose and repair a variety of hardware systems including desktops, laptops, kiosks, and networking equipment.
• Install, upgrade, and replace hardware components.
• Perform testing on operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network configurations to confirm functionality.
