A company is looking for a Product Support and Configuration Analyst focused on Warehouse Lending Solutions in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational support for Warehouse Financing business
Analyze operational procedures and suggest solutions to meet client needs
Manage warehouse financing configuration tasks and maintain client communication
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2-4 years of relevant industry experience, preferably at an Analyst level
Knowledge of Warehouse Financing Solutions and ProMerit technology platform
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related software
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changes
