Overview : Provides the leadership, direction and support to Unit Managers, Chefs and employees in the successful operation of the restaurant. Performs duties as assigned by the Airport Operations Manager.

Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities :
- Experience : 2-4 years of general management in casual dining -w / full service bar
- Background in people supervision, business management, communication and listening skills
- Business Acumen : Strong P&L management skills and a growth-oriented mindset
- Leadership : High-energy, outgoing personality with a track record of developing top talent
- People-First Mentality : A natural coach who thrives on building and inspiring teams
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to delegate with good follow through
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, local alcohol and safety and security procedure
