Schedule : Clinic Hours Call Shifts : M-F, 8a-5p Call Requirements : Active, unrestricted CA License, or attain CA License Truly Board Eligible( minimum) in Family Medicine Clean DEA / Malpractice / NPDB ACLS, BLS Certifications Willing to relocate, if necessary Must supervise APP Providers Call required by beeper; 20 minute response time Reimbursement for costs associated with Licensing Skills Required : General Outpatient Care Skills Preferred : Well Woman, IUD / insertion / removal, Infant, Toddler, Child, Adolescent Care Base Salary Range : $230,000 - $254,000 Full Benefits & Bonuses Earning Potential : $250,000 - $276,000 wRVU bonuses
