The company is building a unified intelligence platform to power everything from financial forecasting to AI-enabled tenant services. This role will define the future data architecture and related tech within the company's operating rhythm.
Overview
The ideal candidate will have built a similar solution before. This is a critical role in shaping and executing the integration strategies that drive the client's expansion. This person will be a strategic partner to the executive team, presenting innovative solutions while working autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Develop architecture and deploy scalable, cloud-native data lake and warehouse architecture to support structured, semi-structured and streaming data.
- Design and build ingestion pipelines that unify data from property management systems, financial platforms, banking and HR systems, as well as CSV files, JSON logs, Excel exports, and IoT sensor feeds.
- Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to securely and reliably integrate external data sources.
- Prepare data for future AI and LLM consumption, including entity resolution, lineage tracking, and governance frameworks.
- Define and establish standards for data quality monitoring, documentation and handoff processes for operational teams.
Requirements
6+ years' experience in data integration and migration.Proven ability to interface and collaborate with, as well as present solutions, to senior executives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, must be personable.Must have ability to confidently work autonomously and be a self-starter.Demonstrated success designing and building data architecture / environments from scratch.Experience designing, building, and implementing new data solutions.Proven track record building and operationalizing data lake and data warehouse architectures in an enterprise environment.Deep understanding of KPI-driven design and data modeling techniques such as star scheme, data vault, etc.Deep expertise with SQL Server (including SQL stored procedures, SSIS, SSRS).Experience working with external vendors and API's to ingest and normalize 3rd party data.Familiarity with AI / ML pipelines, metadata management, and preparing data for LLM's (large language models).Pluses
Exposure to property management industry, especially with tools like Yardi, RealPage, or related prop mgmt platforms.Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).Knowledge of GitOps workflows and CI / CD for data pipelines.This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical insurance, vision insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k).
