Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of sitework construction projects from inception to completion
• Manage budgets, timelines, and project resources to ensure work is completed on time and within financial constraints
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of construction staff and subcontractors to ensure quality standards and contractual requirements are met
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure project specifications and building codes are adhered to
• Develop and implement safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory bodies
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to keep them informed on project progress and address any concerns
• Negotiate contracts and change orders with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Identify, mitigate, and manage risks that could impact project timelines, costs, or quality
• Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses for construction are obtained and maintained
• Review and approve project designs, materials, and work schedules
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the project meets or exceeds expectations
• Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution among project team members and stakeholders
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, including budget, schedule, and progress updates
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
