We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Short Stay unit for night shifts. Your expertise in nursing care will greatly impact our patients' recovery journeys.

Job Summary :

As a Registered Nurse, you will perform comprehensive assessments, manage patient care, and collaboratively plan treatment with a team-driven focus. Your role is vital in ensuring our patients receive high-quality medical attention during their hospital stay.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough nursing assessments and document all relevant patient information.

Create and adjust care plans based on patient data and team input.

Implement nursing interventions and collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient care.

Administer medications and monitor patient responses per established protocols.

Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge needs.

Professional Expectations :

Maintain high standards of care, adhering to policies and practices.

Engage in continuous professional development and teamwork.

Manage a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

Work address : SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, 1201 Grand.

Qualifications :

Must be licensed to practice as an RN in Missouri. Additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) are required.
