Job Requirements :

  • Experience : Minimum of 8+ years of experience in private protection, protective details, close protection, military, law enforcement, or a relevant protection role.

Licenses :

  • BSIS Guard Card.
  • BSIS Appropriate Use of Force Certification.
  • BSIS Powers to Arrest Certification.
  • First Aid, CPR, & AED Certification (for Adults, Children, & Infants).

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a discreet yet effective protective presence, ensuring the personal safety, privacy, and comfort of clients, family members, and guests at all times.
  • Conduct advance security planning, including route assessments, site surveys, and risk evaluations to ensure safe and efficient client movements.
  • Monitor and control access to residences, vehicles, and event venues, verifying identities and maintaining strict confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Provide secure transportation support by ensuring vehicle readiness, route security, and contingency planning for potential threats or disruptions.
  • Respond rapidly and decisively to security incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activity, prioritizing client safety with minimal disruption to their schedule or lifestyle.
  • Maintain constant situational awareness through observation, surveillance systems, and real-time communication with security team members.
  • Document relevant security activities and incidents with accuracy and discretion, preserving records for operational planning and legal compliance.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with household staff, corporate teams, and law enforcement to support the client’s daily routines and special engagements without intrusion.

  • Established professional network within law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant government agencies.
  • Proven track record in executive protection and VIP client security operations.
  • Client-focused, discreet, and committed to service excellence.
  • Highly dependable and adaptable to evolving operational demands and shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrates the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all engagements.

  • Proficient in unarmed self-defense tactics and advanced situational awareness.
  • Flexible and dependable with variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and travel assignments.

  • 8 - 12 Hour | Shifts Available.
  • Day | Shifts Available.
