We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to support cross-functional initiatives by providing data-driven insights and fostering collaboration across departments. This role requires strong experience in ad hoc reporting using SQL and Power BI , along with excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders across business units.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain ad hoc reports and dashboards using SQL and Power BI to support business decisions.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for operational improvements.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings, providing subject matter expertise and data insights.
• Document business processes, data flows, and system interactions as needed.
• Support project planning and delivery by contributing to business cases, testing, and user training.

Required Qualifications :

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in Agile environments or working with product teams.

Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or financial platforms.
