Job Overview Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 600+ provider multi-specialty group practice seeking a Family Practitioner (MD / DO) to work full-time at its Meridian Health Plaza. Family Medicine providers at Meridian Health Plaza are dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of patients to include birth to end of life. Position includes competitive sign on incentives and benefits. Saint Alphonsus Meridian Health Plaza caters to community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation in a convenient and accessible environment. Schedule : Traditional work week (M-F), 34 patient contact hours per week, 4-day work week available, reduced FTE available depending on physician preference Successful completion of an accredited ACGME / AOA Family Medicine residency program.
