Job Summary : Construction Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site construction activities through installation on a project or multiple projects. They are to monitor safety, quality, and schedule in the field, while providing technical expertise and ensuring work in place meets quality requirements of contract documents, customer expectations and National Technologies (NTI) standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for supervising the installation of cabinets, conveyance, support structure, copper cabling, fiber cabling, grounding, electrical, etc.
• Closely adheres to and support your peers in all safety standards and procedures.
• Co-Creator of Change Orders, RFI’s and other related project documentation in submission to our customer.
• Supports tracking of project in Procore / BIM360 / Excel
• Ensure that the subcontractors complete all work on schedule and to customers QA / QC standards.
• Perform site walks with client and customer.
• Works with scheduler to provide update of current status and future projections.
• Facilitate appropriate resources are scheduled to make all job timelines.
• Be reachable 24 / 7 to support customers and team members with urgent needs
• After hour communication may be required to meet urgent project needs.
• Review and comprehend contract documents and requirements
