Material Handler

Our Greenlawn, NY site has an exciting opportunity to join our Logistics Team. We are looking for a highly motivated person to fill our Material Handler position. In this position, you will manage the transporting of raw material and finished goods throughout each of our three buildings. Using carts and company van, you will navigate to multiple pickup / drop-off locations throughout the day. This position does not require the use of forklifts. This position provides room for career growth within and beyond the Greenlawn Logistics Dept.

Responsibilities :

• Works with specific written or verbal instructions to receive / deliver / count / handle sensitive components following company command media
• Process and expedite material move transactions delivered by internal customers into company portal tracking software. Maintain daily logs as needed to support task performance.
• Drive company vehicles to transfer material between site's multiple buildings and special off-site transfers.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Report and suggest inaccurate working media for a process to leadership
• Report working cell performance as directed by leadership
• Use of Microsoft office for admin and communication to customers and peers

Pay Information :

Full-Time Salary Range : $43440 - $69480 Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
