Looking to simplify your life with a better work / life balance? TeamHealth is proud to expand our partnership with TidalHealth by launching a brand-new OB hospitalist program at Peninsula Regional Hospital in Salisbury, Maryland, and we're hiring!

Beginning Fall 2025, this 5-physician hospitalist team will provide vital support through :

  • Labor and delivery management
  • Coverage for unassigned OB patients
  • In-house support for general OB needs

Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $345,600 to $460,800 annually.

Position Highlights :

  • 6 to 8, 24-hour, in-house shifts per month
  • Excellent compensation and benefits including a $20,000 sign on bonus for full-time employment (prorated for part-time) and relocation support
