Key Responsibilities
Provide non-clinical program support including training, customer service, and data entry
Review patient records for completeness and process case discharges accurately
Act as a liaison with internal and external customers to facilitate the review process
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1+ years of experience in records management, billing management, or insurance
3+ years in an administrative support or customer service position in healthcare
1+ years proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
