Sous Chef

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Sous Chef to join our team. You will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen. If you’re passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you. Starting part-time with potential to become full-time.

Responsibilities :

• Order supplies, food and ingredients based on needs
• Ensure events are implemented successfully
• Maintain inventory levels and conduct full weekly inventory
• Schedule and oversee necessary maintenance and repairs on kitchen appliances
• Complete Food Safety Certification
• Oversee production to minimize waste
• Maintain Inventory and Manage Costs
• Ensure the quality and consistency of food
