Physician Opportunity at Abilene State Supported Living Center

We are seeking a dedicated  Staff Physician to join the team at the Abilene State Supported Living Center. As a Staff Physician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Your responsibilities will include :

• Diagnosing and treating individuals with complex medical, psychiatric, and behavioral health needs
• Developing health care plans with measurable goals and objectives
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to advocate for individuals' medical needs
• Monitoring and overseeing the implementation of health care plans
• Providing acute and chronic care, including medication management
• Participating in treatment team meetings and interdisciplinary planning conferences
• Ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations

To excel in this role, you should have a medical degree, experience in clinical practice, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
